Ritteressen

Ritteressen is the "knight's meal." You are given a knife, a cutting board, and you share huge platters of meat with the other 'knights.' There were 7 trays prepared for the 28 of us. The schnitzel, ribs, chicken, potato wedges, cabbage, and squired veggies were way more than any of us could ever eat had we all been starving in the desert for weeks.
