Vacation from Vacation
I finally got ahold of James. He told me that he was sick of Prague
and needed to get out.
Since I left in late September, James had been teaching English,
taking a French class (to pick up on girls), and living with some
interesting roommates in a rather nice house on the outskirts
of Prague. He proposed that we take off to Cesky Krumlov for the
weekend.
We stood on the bus for most of a one-hour bus ride due to our
own mistake. We waited outside the bus because we figured that
we had reserved seats because we had prepaid tickets... not the
case when we borded late.
Cesky Krumlov was just as we'd heard: [beautiful] ,
[perfect] ,
[picturesque] ,
good for no more than a weekend. Besides the scenic surroundings,
[james] & I kept busy checking out the local scene. The local [tavern/disco] had some great live music. It was to hot the we had to [cool
off] outside. We made many [friends] [2] at the hostel. Rob, [guy
on the right] , I met on the train, coming to Prague. He was
still there when I arrived.
Krumlov is a great place to relax.
