Back to the Beach

I've kind of got a pattern going here. I go to a major city and then go to a beach. Paris, Britney; Amsterdam, Noordwijk; Brugge, Blankenberge. I'm heading east next so I'm not sure where I'll find a beach. I'll settle for a lake I guess.

I'm kind of getting tired of seeing all of these old ruins. Don't get me wrong, their all great and all very interesting, but after so many they all start looking the same. Looking at all this old stuff all day also makes your eyes very tired.

The beach in Blankenberge was a very touristy spot, so we went south, to the other side of the harbor. The beach was much less populated and quite nice. The beaches so far all seem to have a very gradual slope so that the waves are small and the edge of the water moves great distances with the tides.

Bruno, Lisa and I laid out enjoying the sun and listening to tunes. We cought up with Karen later at the Crash.

I checked out of the hostel today and am staying with Bruno and Bart for a few days. They've invited me to stay for a few weeks so that I can go to PunkkelPop with them. I don't want to intrude, but a free place to stay would be great.
